1.  Instead of MSG, add 1/2 tsp of sugar to all your cooking, it will enhance the flavor of your dish.

2. To make fluffy fried rice, cook rice the night before and refrigerate it.

3.  To get the “wok essence”,  make sure the wok or pan is hot, and stir-fry foods quickly in small batches.

4. Add 1-2 teaspoons of  fish sauce to fried rice will give it a little zing.
