It is a little cold to make this today but it is refreshing and good way to get in some Vitamin C, antioxidant, and calcium all in one delicious shot. Even the finicky ones are pleased with this drink.
16 oz plain yogurt
1/2 c Frozen Blueberry
1/2 c Frozen Raspberry
2 Tbsp Honey (or add to taste)
Blender safety – make sure the lid is on before turning on blender.
In a blender, add in the yogurt, berries, and honey. Use the “chop” setting, whirl it around for 30 seconds, and then “mix” for another 30 seconds or until smooth. If the blade won’t move, switch off the machine. Use a wooden spoon to stir the content inside to help loosen the frozen berries, and try again.
