I need to try your pan-fried dim sum and brownies since they look like favorites! Happy New Year
Hi Sandra. When you try pan-fried dim sum noodles, make sure to do it in batches because too many noodles would crowd the wok and not allowing the heat to come through to get that “wok essence”. Also green onions and been sprouts give the dish its fragrant too! The Brownies…I warn you it is very decadent; you don’t have no sugar on your new year resolution, do you? Best wishes to you in 2013 and beyond!
