Baked Cassava Cake

Ingredients:

2 packs of frozen grated cassava (thawed)
1 pack of frozen shredded coconut (thawed)
1/2 can coconut milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
2 ounces butter, cubed
2 cups sugar

1. Preheat oven to 275 F
2. Mix all ingredients in a baking pan (8″) and rake the top with a
fork.
3. Bake at 275 F for 1 hour or until it starts to brown.  Then
increase the temperature to 400F and bake for additional 10
minutes.
